Kuramathi Resort, Maldives

I spent a week at Kuramathi Resort in the Maldives as a live illustrator, drawing guests throughout their stay and gifting them a one-of-a-kind illustrated keepsake to remember their time on the island. As part of the residency, I also taught an art lesson at the kids camp, sharing my love of drawing with younger guests in a fun, relaxed environment. It was a rare opportunity to blend travel, illustration, and human connection in one beautiful place.

I created a series of hand-illustrated postcards inspired by Kuramathi Island, which were printed for guests. Each live portrait was then painted on the reverse, turning every postcard into a one-of-a-kind artwork — a small, personal memory of the island to take home.
