Veronica Beard Live illustrations

Last week I had the pleasure of live illustrating at two beautiful events for Veronica Beard in London.

Founded in the USA, Veronica Beard is known for its polished yet wearable approach to modern womenswear, combining classic tailoring with an effortless, everyday sense of style, including my staple favourite – a good pair of denim jeans!

The first event took place in their elegant Mayfair store, where I created bespoke fashion illustrations for guests throughout the afternoon. Guests had been invited for the launch of Ivana Maksimovic’s book, ‘Secret Montenegro.’ The following day, I returned for a second event at their Chelsea location during Chelsea in Bloom, which brought an extra layer of colour and creativity to the neighbourhood. In among a bouquet of flowers I drew guests who had attended  for Bags By M.   These lovely handheld bags, embroidered with different book covers are a perfect talking point on a night out. I drew the guest of honour and placed her illustration next to the book ‘portrait of a lady.’ A very fitting title!

It was wonderful to meet so many guests across both events and capture personal style moments live on the day. There’s always something special about the energy of in-store illustration — creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes while people shop, celebrate, and connect.
